What a gorgeous family. Well, 3/4 of it anyway. ;-) One question though... When are you going to start looking old like the rest of us?! I still FEEL 17... but you still LOOK it!
I took the girls somewhere the other day and this lady asked if I was their big sister. I must be getting old though, because I can't for the life of me remember where it was I took them! Nice huh?
I have no reason to believe that you'll ever actually SEE this comment, but I thought I'd leave it just in case. I just wanted to let you know that it's been THREE YEARS since you put anything new on this blog! I remember thinking when I saw these pictures the first time, "Wow, I can't believe how grown up the girls are looking!" I can only imagine what they must look like now! But no--don't do that to me. Don't make me IMAGINE, Lyndi--DO something about it! Write a little itty-bitty tid-bit about your life and what you're up to! Slap just one or two measely little pictures up for your friends and family from afar to see! There should be a rule that you visit Blogland at least a couple of times a year. But come on--THREE YEARS?! That's beyond pitiful! As I recall, you were the best Blogger around when you used to do it. Never very faithful (!), but soooooo fun to read! So how 'bout it??? Just one little "howdy" from your blog! You can do it! Go, Lydni! Go, Lyndi! Go, Lyndi! (Picture me complete with cartwheels and pompoms if it helps. But with a really long denim skirt--and sleeves, definitely sleeves. And perhaps some athletic prowess and coordination...)
Kami has so much personality that she is forever making us laugh. She loves art and is just now discovering the wonderful world of reading! She would spend all day on the computer playing Webkins if we let her. She has an fascination with exercising and becoming stronger. We hope she grows out of that. Kami loves the piano and is going to give soccer another try. She is just like her mommy in so many ways. She would rather stay home than go anywhere and she is always willing to hand out hugs, cuddles and back rubs. Kami is a thinker and has been asking a lot of questions about the Lord.
Shayli
My little explorer! Shayli likes anything to do with history, from reading books about the wild west to watching about past wars on the History Chanel. Shay is just like her Daddy and wants to be outside. She loves to go for bike rides and hikes and of course, her new favorite past time, basketball. She also loves to sing, she was chosen to go with four other students to a recording studio to record the school song. Shayli has always been a good girl but three months ago she asked Jesus into her heart and we have seen a wonderful change in her.
Beautiful pictures!
